职位描述
从事5G通讯连接器、高速通信连接器、新能源电源类连接器等产品机械性能、电气性能、化学性能等的实验测试以及失效模式分析等技术研发相关工作。
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position use variety of analysis tools to identify the failure mode and root cause for reliability test failed samples, internal defective products and customer complaint samples. Prepare analysis summary or report and communicate with relevant departments or customers. Recommend corrective actions to address problem found during analysis.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED :
1. Develops analysis plans to fulfill a analysis request
2. Develops analysis methods/procedures and source equipment or external resource as needed to meet specific requests
3. Conduct analysis for reliability test failed samples, internal defective products and customer complaint samples. Provide technical service to related departments and customers.
4. Support some reliability testing as needed.
5. Analyzes, interprets, performs statistical analysis (as needed) and graphs/charts collected data
6. Writes analysis summary or reports to document and communicate observation, root cause, conclusions and recommended corrective action.
7. Start up and maintain the analysis equipment for routine operation and continuous improvement.
8. Trains others in the use of appropriate analysis and test equipment
9. Serves as a member of the laboratory team to improve the efficiency, quality, and reliability of the laboratory and its work
10. Assists in the development of laboratory methods, procedures, and systems to improve laboratory productivity and when applicable to comply with ISO and other applicable requirements
11. Maintains an awareness of new technology and competitor’s technology via appropriate media (e.g. literature, patents, and trade shows)
12. Performs other tasks at the request of Lab Management
职位要求：
高分子材料，化学化工相关专业硕士研究生学历
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 经验和所需知识:
1. Familiar with material or electroplating technology . 熟悉材料（金属或高分子）或电镀表面处理工艺
2. Good skills in Microsoft office software (such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc.) and Minitab 熟练使用微软办公 软件 (如Excel, Word, PowerPoint等) 和Minitab等数据分析软件
3. High communication skills both oral and written English良好的英文听说读写能力
SKILLS REQUIRED: 所需技能:
1. Good interpersonal and communication skill 良好的人际交往和沟通技能
2. Good knowledge on analysis equipment and their working principle, such as Digital and Metallography Microscope, SEM/EDS, FTIR, XRF, ICP, etc. 了解分析设备的使用及其工作原理, 如数码和金相显微镜, 扫描电子显微镜, 傅立叶红外光谱仪, 膜厚仪和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪等.
