主要职责
1、Coordinate plant daily Lean routine work.协调工厂日常精益工作；
2、Support all kinds of shop-floor improvement activities.支持各种车间改进活动；
3、Tracking CIS projects and Continuous Improvement System maintain.跟踪CIS项目和持续改进系统维护；
4、Conduct Lean tools training.进行精益工具培训；
5、Support plant Lean Assessment. 支持工厂精益评估；
6、Adopt Lean methodology in daily work.在日常工作中采用精益方法。
任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，工业工程或机械专业优先，可接受应届毕业生；
2、熟悉质量标准(IATF16949)，了解精益概念和工具，具有持续改进意识；
3，积极好学，主动性高；
4、熟练使用excel, PPT等；
5、良好的沟通和影响能力和英语能力。
