岗位要求:Key Requirements:
1. 硕士、博士学历,化学、材料科学、化学工程或相关专业;
Master or Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
2. 能独立设计和开展实验,熟悉聚合物合成;
Capable of experimental design, and familiarity with the synthesis of the polymer.
3. 良好的技术背景,执行能力、项目管理能力、数据分析能力强;
Strong technical background with good understanding of implementation, and project management and data analysis skills are required.
4. 独立分析、解决问题能力,能承受工作压力;
Strong problem solving skill and can work under pressure.
5. 良好的英语书面表达能力和口语技能。
Good command of written and spoken English.

With the purpose to fortify talent pipeline and succession planning for senior scientist or senior management positions in R&D Dept.
2. 职业发展计划:Development plan:
入职后24个月内,我们为各研发部培训生提供清晰的跨地域/部门的研发项目轮岗计划。研发部培训生将与不同业务部门合作,确立研发项目以支持业务发展;主导并按计划要求,高质量完成研发项目。 并且,研发部培训生将负责高新材料项目推进,尤其是高性能和环保型聚合物的研发,研发流程包括:实验室研发、应用评测、解决中试和生产规模放大遇到的技术问题。After on board, within 24 months, we provided very clear cross function project rotation plan. R&D trainee will work with business team to identify and establish projects to support business growth, lead project and ensure meeting the target with high quality on time. And R&D Trainee will be responsible for driving R&D programs in the advanced material groups to develop environmentally friendly high performance polymer, the duty includes lab scale development, process scale-up for pilot testing. Provide technical support for business needs.
24个月后,为各研发部培训生进行定岗安排,按照中长期职业发展计划进行培养。
After 24months job rotation, will consider assigning the fixed job for R&D Trainees, and will align the defined mid/long term career development plan to develop each Trainee.
