主要职责Main Responsibilities：
1.Managing Project:

1.1 Managing project basing on the PM process;

1.2 Close communication with customer as well as feedback & initial analysis reporting to the up level managers;

1.3 Support contract details with customer; liaise with company departments concerned;

1.4 Cover development and testing projects;

1.5 Regular report internally;

1.6 Regular report to customer;

1.7 Manage the technical content of the project by guiding the technical team;

1.8 Responsible for project budget;

1.9 Responsible for project timing, gateway delivery, technical delivery, etc;
1.9 负责项目时间安排、网关交付、技术交付等;
1.10 Responsible for running projects; ensure customer payments according to schedule;

2.Closely cooperate with Marketing team for market and customer information: feedback data and information for analysis;
与营销团队密切合作，获取市场和客户信息：反馈数据，进行信息分析;
3.Prepare and hold presentations at customer visits, conferences, seminars, etc;
准备并在客户拜访、会议、研讨会等场合进行演示;
4.Other tasks that assigned by superior.
上级交代的其他工作。
任职资格Qualifications：
1.Bachelor and above degree in Engineering (Automotive engineering is preferring);
工程类本科及本科以上学历（汽车工程优先）;
2.At least five years engineering working experience in powertrain area in China Auto industry;
5年以上在中国汽车行业动力总成领域的工程工作经验;
3.Outgoing character and strong communication skills;
性格外向，沟通能力强;
4.Profound knowledge about transmission and powertrain technology; Understanding of transmission and automotive market in China;
对变速器和动力传动技术有深入了解；了解中国的变速器和汽车市场;
5.Basic understanding of vehicle technology;
对车辆技术有基本了解;
6.Strong presentation and negotiation skill;
具有较强的表达和谈判能力;
7.Strong project management skills; understanding of project management techniques
and methods; PMP is a plus;
具有较强的项目管理能力；了解项目管理技术和方法；PMP优先;
8.Fluent English;
英语流利;
9.Very convincing; professional appearance; impresses people;
具有较强的说服力；外表专业；能够给人留下深刻的印象;
10.Can take pressures;

11.Leadership skills; can motivate, inspire and lead a team (in particular non-direct reports) ;
