Main Responsibility主要职责
- Develop and execute sales strategy to build a profitable and growing business in assigned region, achieve the sales target.
- 在指定区域发展实施销售战略,不断开拓业务保证公司盈利,达成销售指标;
- Develop and manage the potential dealer network.
- 开发、管理潜在的经销商网络;
- Follow potential projects and help local dealers in technical way to achieve sales
- 跟踪潜在项目,协助经销商达成销售;
- Make and give technical & sales approach advise to dealers, designers.
- 向经销商和设计师做技术及销售技巧的培训;
- Establish and maintain current project client and potential project client relationships.
- 建立维护现有项目客户与潜在项目客户的关系;
- Prepare and monitor project forecast.
- 准备和管理项目报备;
- Prepare introductions of new products.
- 准备新产品介绍;
- Supervise the contract execution, track and push the receivable payments.
- 管理合同执行情况,跟踪和推动应收账款收回。
- Other works assigned by the leader.
- 领导安排的其他任务。
Position Requirement 职位要求
- College degree or above, major in marketing or engineering
- 大专及以上学历,市场营销或工程专业;
- More than 1 year experiences in sales, with sun shading system is a plus;
- 1年以上销售经验,有遮阳产品销售经验者优先;
- Good oral and written English.
- 良好的书面和口头英语;
- Can work under pressure, willing to travel frequently
- 抗压性强,愿意经常出差;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- 出色的人际交往能力和团队精神;
- Proactive, aggressive, responsible, with good communication skills.
- 积极主动,有进取心,责任心,具有良好的沟通能力。
Salary and position can be adjusted according to individual conditions.
