1. Achieve the budget target which is assigned by the management.

2. Formulate successful market strategy & plan for achieving individual targets.

3. Prepare and attend client meetings or exhibition.

4. Maintain daily log of client visits, schedules and cargo opportunity.

5. Respond to incoming queries and ensure the resolution of service delivery issues.
响应突发的问题,确保解决服务交付问题。
6. Promote existing service lines into the market in accordance with the businesses objectives.
根据业务目标将现有航线服务向市场推广。
7. Coordinate with the Customer Service, Operations and Accounts departments.
与客户服务、操作和财务部多部门进行协调。
8. Obtain market information timely and report to the management.
获取实时市场信息并向管理层报告。
9. Locate, secure and re-activate the new / lost customers.
定位、保护和重新激活新客户/失去的客户。
10. Submit weekly sales report.
提交每周销售报告。
Job Skills and Competencies for this position:
岗位技能要求
1. Minimum 1-2 years sales experience, familiar with logistics, freight forwarding / telemarketing is preferred.
至少一到二年销售经验,熟悉物流货代/电话销售优先考虑。
2. College degree or above, major in international trade, shipping, freight forwarding and customs declaration or related logistics management preferred.
大专或以上学历,国际贸易、航运、货代与报关等物流相关专业优先。
3. Knowledge of LCL industry, familiar with operation processes, trade lane and shipping market.
了解货运行业拼箱业务,熟悉运营流程、贸易通道和航运市场。
4. Have excellent presentation skills and self –motivated.
具有出色的演讲技巧和自我激励能力。
5. Good written and communication skills in English,CET-4 preferred.
良好的英语书写和沟通能力,英语四级优先。
6. Proficient in Windows operating system and Office software。
熟练使用Windows操作系统及Office软件。
