Junior Category Manager – Mobile Accessories
Join our Category Management (CM) team located in Germany as a crucial member. We are seeking a dedicated Junior Category Manager to be based in Dongguan, China, who will provide valuable support to the category managers in Germany. Your primary responsibility will involve assisting in the development and maintenance of the Mobile Accessories product assortment. This role encompasses various day-to-day category management activities, conducting competitor research, and facilitating coordination between the Sourcing & Purchasing team and CM teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
？ Take an active role in new product research, ideation, and selection.
？ Create and prepare quotation overviews and system master data.
？ Prepare replenishment order suggestions.
？ Conduct competitor research and compile the results for the CM team.
？ Create product pitch decks and ad hoc presentations.
？ Monitor KPIs to assess assortment performance and support reporting.
？ Support departmental internal and cross-functional projects.
？ Collect and report KPI data.
？ Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
？ Excellent command of spoken English.
？ College degree or above, preferably in business administration or a related field (e.g., international trade).
？ Strong computer literacy, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
？ Good understanding of e-commerce processes and systems is a plus.
？ Strong communication and coordination skills.
？ Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to take responsibility and solve problems.
？ Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and a natural curiosity for acquiring new knowledge.
