RESPONSIBILITY 岗位职责
1.Manage day-to-day quality processes to ensure full compliance and product sales specifications.管理日常质量流程，确保完全符合产品销售规范。
2.Coordinate quality programs and perform root cause analysis on internal/external nonconformance. 协调质量项目，对内部/外部不合格进行根本原因分析。
3.Lead and facilitate Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (PFMEA) in order to recommend improvements to product specifications and/or process.4.领导和促进工艺失效模式和效果分析（PFMEA),以建议对产品规格或工艺进行改进。
4.Identify opportunities for error proofing, Poke Yoke, KAIZEN，etc. 识别改善等机会
5.Track project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of quality goals. 跟踪项目执行情况，确保及时完成质量目标。
6. Other tasks assigned by Line Manager. 直属经理交代的其他工作任务
REQUIREMENTS 任职要求
Science and Engineering major, Textile engineering/ industry engineering etc. 理工科专业背景，如纺织工程/工业工程等
Graduates or Less than 3 years working experience. .
本科或硕士学历，3年或3年以内工作经验，制造业工厂经验优先，或优秀应届生可考虑
Proficient spoken/written English skills.
熟练的英语听说读写能力
Good communication, positive attitude and flexible thinking.
良好的沟通能力，积极的态度和灵活的思维能力。
