OPES products are designed for a variety of applications:
These include Solar Pico, Solar Home and PAYG (pay-as-you-go) Systems in the area of rural electrification, usually in the range of 0.3 to 50 Watt. Often there are special requirements regarding lifetime and effective deployment on scale.
We also design and produce customized solar modules for applications like solar parking meters or streetlights, just to name a few. These come often with special requirements on flexibility, efficiency, appearance, connectivity and design to be integrated into the application.
Our core competency for realizing innovative solar applications is our know-how in solar material science and design capability, supported by our high-end automated manufacturing lines for solar modules in the range of 0.3 to 160 Watt, which are flexible and unique in the world.
By this we can support our customers with small series and high volume production at continuous quality to competitive conditions.
