工作职责：
1. 负责注塑模具结构技术评审、DFM报告及图纸评审；
2. 负责模具项目跟进与协调，跟进模具设计、开模、试模、验收工作；
3. 负责注塑工艺参数、标准文件的制定与维护；
4. 负责量产模具的维护和改善，及异常问题点处理；
5．负责模具的持续优化及改善；
6. 责模具修改设计及出图。
任职资格：
1.统招本科学历，条件优秀者可放宽至大专；
2.机械设计及其自动化，模具设计，材料成型等相关专业；
3. 三年以上注塑模具设计经验，可独立完成模具设计；
4．熟悉模具结构及各种标准件、模具加工流程及加工工艺；
5．熟练使用一种绘图软件，如Pro/E、UG、Solid works及CAD；
6．动手能力强，有模具组立及维修保养经验者优先。
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for injection mold structure technical review, DFM report and drawing review;
2. Responsible for mold project follow-up and coordination, follow up mold design, mold opening, mold testing and acceptance;
3. Responsible for the formulation and maintenance of injection molding process parameters and standard documents;
4. Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of mass production molds, and the handling of abnormal problems;
5. Responsible for continuous optimization and improvement of mold;
6. Responsible for mold modification design and drawing.
Qualifications:
1. Undergraduate degree, excellent conditions can be relaxed to college;
2. Mechanical design and automation, mold design, material forming and other related majors;
3. More than three years experience in injection mold design, can independently complete mold design;
4. Familiar with mold structure and various standard parts, mold processing flow and processing technology;
5. Familiar with a drawing software, such as Pro/E, UG, Solid works and CAD;
6. Strong hands-on ability, mold setting and maintenance experience is preferred.
