Fast growing international legal, tax, payroll and accounting firm with long history and more than 20 offices across Asia is looking for a high caliber candidate based in Shenzhen to manage our clients in Hong Kong and internationally.
Title : Accountant– Hong Kong Corporate Accounting Service
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of accounting and related compliance works for our Hong Kong and international clients;
- Prepare and review periodic management reports and consolidation packages;
- Review and analyze variances and interpret results from a management accounting perspective and report to client;
- Provide commentary analysis and ad hoc performance reports for reference by management;
- Prepare and review operation procedures and manual to ensure that activities undertaken are in compliance with legal, tax, accounting as well as corporate standards.
Requirements:
- While based in Shenzhen, the candidate is required to travel to the Hong Kong office and work there in case of meeting with client if needed;
- University graduate in accounting and qualified accountant;
- Minimum of 1 years relevant experience (accounting/audit);
- Familiar with Hong Kong accounting system and requirements is a plus;
- Computer literate well versed in MS Office. Knowledge of different accounting software (Kingdee, MYOB) is an advantage;
- Able to work independently to achieve tight reporting deadlines;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Immediate available is preferred.
