Job Description:
- Customer acquisition, focus on new logistics business (bonded / non-bonded warehousing and distribution)
- Preparation of quotes
- Preparation of visit reports
- Finding and qualifying new customers
- Processing incoming, producing outgoing sales leads
- Following the BM/NSM with the implementation of domestic and foreign
sales campaigns
- Making regular appointments with clients and prospect clients
- Complaint handling
- Product/service adjustments in coordination with BM/NSM
- intensify sales activities with the goal on increasing customers/volumes
Requirements:
- College/University graduate major in International Trade, Business
Administration or relevant
- At least 3 years experiences with international logistics company (warehousing and distribution)
- Understand bonded and non-bonded logistics operations (warehousing and distribution)
- Excellent communication/negotiation/presentation skills
- A team player and can work under pressure
- Good verbal and written English
- Competence on MS-Office
- Familiar with WMS
