Responsibilities:
·Support Customer queries, Investigate and troubleshoot the issues during usage of the Google advertisement tool
· Troubleshoot html, css and javascript code page implementation
· Maintain high CSAT through accurate troubleshooting & excellent customer service skills
·Provide technical support to clients via email and chat.
·Follow the workflow & adhere to SLAs such as Quality & efficiency
Minimum Qualification:
·BtoC, BtoB support
Minimum :12 months experience
·Web Development:read code(HTML/JS/CSS)
Skill requirement:
·Customer service experience in Japanese
·Strong soft skills particularly in writing with ownership, and problem solving skills
·HTML /JS/CSS knowledge
·Capability to understand the Japanese business culture and various technologies in the Japanese customers apply
·Online Ad Ops experience (Not mandatory).
Communication:
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese business level
·Able to understand English and basic speaking.
