岗位描述及职责：
上海仓库助理负责上海仓库的整体运作及配合项目需求，具体包含但不限于：
1. 按照公司流程将货物接收并上架。
2. 配合客户质检人员完成质量验收流程。
3. 按照客户需求拣货，重新包装并发货。
4. 运用公司ERP系统完成以上收发货流程及仓库库存管理，确保账物一致。
5. 定期盘点库存，并配合不定期的海关库存稽核。
6. 优化仓库管理流程。
7. 运用一定的供应管理，安全库存管理知识，做好安全库存预警。
8. 做好仓库5S管理。
9. 配合并完成符合公司整体目标及上级领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，物流管理，机械制造或材料等相关专业。
2. 3以上仓库管理经验，制造类企业，航空，汽车等仓库管理经验者优先。
3. 英语4级及以上，具备基本的读写能力。
4. 熟练使用MS Office软件。
5. 为人诚实可靠，能够吃苦耐劳，独立工作，具备独当一面的能力。
6. 善于沟通，能够处理好人际关系。
7. 具备一定的保税仓库管理及进出口知识。
8. 具备一定的管理能力以配合公司后续的发展。

Summary
We are looking for a The Associate, Warehouse Operations will be responsible for all aspects of the warehouse operation and assume day-to-day responsibilities for the operation of FDH China CSL (Central Stocking Location).
Responsibilities
? Operational areas of responsibility may include but are not limited to: Receiving, Quality, Stocking, Picking, Shipping, and Inventory Management
? Enforce compliance of contractual and legal processes and documentation of inbound and outbound inventory requirements, ensuring all are being met with accuracy, efficiency, and on time delivery (backlog and quality management)
? Contribute to FDH’s strategic plan through the delivery of objectives and development of warehouse processes. In addition, to be involved in process developments outside the scope of the warehouse, where necessary and appropriate.
? Plan physical resources for FDH CSL Warehouse to meet current and future requirements. This includes the human resource requirements to discharge current and projected future operational demands, through the appropriate use of capacity planning models, taking in to account cultural and native differences.

? Demonstrable experience of warehousing and warehouse management in a high volume environment
? Knowledge and experience of process improvement techniques.
? Financial awareness.
? The ability to communicate effectively across all levels and in a variety of ways.
