Job Duties:
Recruitment(60%)
Filter the Resumes and telephone interview
Arrange the interview and handle the procedure of employment
Establish the Talent Pool System & Recruitment Record to reserve the talents and follow up talents’ development
Analyze the effective of recruitment channels
Monthly HR Report(15%)
Finish the Monthly Headcount Report according to personnel changes every month
Update related HR information and data of South China
Others(25%)
Handle HR daily work(new staff orientations/Employment/Resignation, etc. ) according to HR Working Procedures
Support the employee’s activities: Annual Dinner/Outing/Annual Physical Check-up and etc.
Supporting on company culture develpment
Perform related duties to meet the on-going needs of the organization
Experience & Qualifications Requirement:
1. College degree or above, majored in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
2. At least 3 years experience in Human Resources/Secretary or Administration. Background of multi-national companies is prefer
3. Experience in report handling and data analysis
4. Good command of English spoken and writte
5. Proficiency in PC skills, e.g. Word, Excel, especially PPT
6. Conduct with precise, serious and particular
7.Excellent communication skills, well-organized, hard working and be able to work under pressure.
