Responsibilities
? Property valuation duties including local or site inspections in other provinces, collection and analysis of information.
? Valuing different types of properties, including residential apartments, shopping malls, office buildings and industrial premises.
? Preparing valuation report.
? Assist to complete the market research report.
? Other ad-hoc tasks.
Person Specification
? Fresh graduate with relevant degree, relevant working experience with a proven valuation track record will be an advantage.
? Good command of English
? Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
? Analytical, detail-orientated and strong sense of responsibility.
? Willing to travel frequently within China.
