Job Detail：
To assist PM/CM/SPE to monitor the “contractors” planning, progress and quality of the civil or M&E works in compliance with the contract program and Employer’s Requirements.
协助PM/CM/SPE根据合同计划和雇主要求，监控土木或机电工程的“承包商”规划、进度和质量。
Main Responsibility：
1、Assist PM/CM/SPE to regularly observe the operations of the contractor to check progress and quality are in compliance with the current programs.
协助PM/CM/SPE定期观察承包商的运营情况，以检查进度和质量是否符合当前计划。
2、Assist PM/CM/SPE to monitor Supervision company reports, inspections and remedial actions.
协助PM/CM/SPE监控监督公司的报告、检查和补救措施。
3、Assist PM/CM/SPE to monitors with the Employer, Contractor and Supervision Co. the equipment and materials approval process to ensure compliance with the ER and programme.
协助PM/CM/SPE与雇主、承包商和监理公司一起监督设备和材料审批流程，以确保符合ER和计划。
4、Produce weekly report, monthly report, meeting minutes and related document, maintain the project filing work based on filing system.
制作周报、月报、会议纪要及相关文件，维护项目归档工作基于备案制度。
Requirement：
1、Degree of Civil Engineering or Construction management or M&E Engineering with 0-3 years working experience (or internship).
土木工程或建筑管理或机电工程学位，具有0-3年的工作经验（或实习）
2、Has basic knowledge of China’s HSE requirements and China construction codes.
具备中国HSE要求和中国建筑规范的基本知识
3、Ability to understand and apply Employer Requirements.
能够理解和应用雇主要求
4、Problem solving and communication skills.
解决问题和沟通技巧
5、Basic report writing ability in Chinese and English.
具备基本的中英文报告撰写能力
6、Understanding of Colliers PjM’s responsibilities on the project.
