MR 集团全称为莱茵豪森机械制造厂（Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH），始创于1868年，总部位于德国南部的雷根斯堡市。集团拥有42个子公司和7家联营公司，活跃于全球193个国家。
1926年，MR ***具有划时代意义的、用于调节变压器电压的有载分接开关，从此缔造出世界上***、种类最齐全的分接开关家族。
如今，MR 对变压器的智能控制，从调节监控有载分接开关拓展到用Messko产品监测变压器的其他重要功能。另外，MR还在无功补偿、空心复合绝缘子、高压检测与诊断系统等不同的领域大显身手。
2006年，MR在中国设立了两家全资子公司。
位于上海地区的MR中国，又名开德贸易（上海）有限公司，主要负责MR所有产品在中国市场的销售、客户支持与技术维护。

Our core business is the regulation of power transformers. Other major divisions include the construction of high-voltage testing and diagnostic systems, the manufacture of composite insulators, the conceptual design of systems for reactive power compensation and surface modification using atmospheric-pressure plasma technologies. Our clients are manufacturers of high-voltage equipment and systems, power utility companies and large-scale industries with intensive power requirements.
After more than 40 years of successful cooperation with China, the REINHAUSEN Group is now further strengthening its commitment to the important Chinese transformer industry. Currently MR has 2 subsidiaries in China: Shanghai and Suzhou.
