Responsibilities:
1. Work as the Quality and Reliability liaison between OVT China and OVT HQ, ensure full compliance of quality requirements at supplier, and make sure product quality for the products being manufactured at suppliers in China meets or exceeds OVT and end-customer requirements.
2. Maintain the quality procedures (E.g. IQC/OQC/ECN/Control-Plan) at suppliers, monitor and improve supplier quality performance working with R&D and Operations teams.
3. Lead supplier routine audits according to OVT quality procedure, industrial standards and practices, as well as ISO standards.
4. Identify and dispose of materials affected by deviations and excursions in manufacturing process at suppliers, working with technical professionals from multiple functional teams.
5. Get actively involved in the review with suppliers on the engineering change preventing unexpected side-effects.
6. Play an active role in RD to MP transition for new product, interface reliability evaluations between suppliers and HQ team, lead readiness review and documentation with suppliers for the new products.
7. Provide full-support on customer complaints, customer surveys, customer visits or audits related to suppliers.
8. Follow up with suppliers on the nonconformance, quality issues, continued improvements, as well as effectiveness verification of corrective/preventive actions at suppliers.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 1 years’ experiences in wafer foundry fab, Process Integration or Quality background is a plus.
2. Familiar with wafer foundry process, understand the semiconductor reliability on wafer, package and product level.
3. Basic knowledge for industrial standards, Quality Management Systems, quality tools, and statistic methods.
4. Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
5. Good communication, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skills.
6. Good teamwork, accountability, self-driven and self-motivation spirits.
