Job Description:
1. Implement HQs' policies on vessel space utilization management for the Nanjing branch.
2. Relay HQs' instructions to the sales team and booking team, and collaborate fully with them aiming to improve space utilization through proactive actions.
3. Collect booking data and forecasts, analyze cargo mix, optimize and maximize space allocation accordingly.
4. Assist the Manager in collecting data, conducting data analysis, preparing market reports, and creating PowerPoint presentations.

3、收集订舱数据和预测情报,分析货物组合状况,优化和舱位***化配置。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in logistics, shipping, trade or related fields is preferred;
2. Familiar with the basic knowledge and business processes of the logistics and shipping industry, those with relevant work experience are preferred;
3. Good communication skills, Team-oriented spirit, proactive, able to withstand certain work pressure.
4. Strong working knowledge of MS office Products (Excel data analysis, Power Point presentations), ability to quickly adapt to new systems
