[Key Job Duties and Responsibilities]
1. Assist in following up with clients, and complete the whole process from clients’ information collection by cold calls or visits to placing orders;
2. Assist the team to collect market data, gather and analyze issues raised by exhibitors and answer visitor enquiries;
3. Responsible for database management of both exhibitors and visitors in CRM, to ensure the quality and quantity of information is maintained in all related aspects for canvassing;
4. Support the team in all administrative issues, including but not limited to handle daily paperwork and routine clerical duties, get materials and information ready for the team, manage team’s calendar and record holidays, business trips, meetings, etc to ensure smooth running of daily operation;
5. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager, and be part of the project team to smooth the preparations and operations
[Requirements]
1. 1-2 years solid working experience and knowledge of trade fair industry or sales related is desirable. (University fresh graduate with good academic results will also be considered.);
2. Hands-on knowledge in MS office in particular Word and Excel, and Chinese Word processing is a must; knowledge of Access, Powerpoint and Photoshop is an advantage;
3. Good organizational skills and communication skills;
4. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is a must.
5. Well-organized, willing to learn and work under pressure, and a good team player. With an outgoing personality and willing to go out on business is preferred.
