Tasks
1、Daily Interface with overseas customer for outbounds orders and cargo shipping green light.
2、Daily Liaison between DC, China agents' freight teams/Franchisee’s nominated FF/Customer /vendors etc to ensure commitments to customers are met.
3、Daily outbound shipment follow up to provide status updates to customers and field any questions relating to their shipments, customers complains and trouble shoot exceptions.
4、Daily Process outbound orders to OMS, shipment pre-alert arrangement, verifying shipping documents to customers, packing list from 3rd parties and invoices from Key account client team.
5、FMS shipments and freight invoice administrations and generation and provision to all customers.
6、Provide support for key account team and customers and manager in professional way to build up customer confidence and satisfaction.
7、Assist with the implementation of new processes and procedures, master data collections for analysis.
8、Create SOP and initiate some processes review per manager's request.
9、China service provider or partner's cost validation and cost book into FMS.
10、DC operations stuffs request to supplier and chase for right execution within the right person and right outcomes.
Qualifications
1、To respect and to work in a polite, efficient and manageable working method.
2、Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written), English, Mandarin.
3、Proven ability and tracks within freight / operations with 1-4 years of experience.
4、Proven ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
5、Be detail-oriented and have excellent follow-through capability.
6、Able to work flexibly and quick learner.
7、Proficient in the use of personal computers, internet and MS Office suite of software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook (or related e-mail system).
8、Graduates who major in the international import and export, logistic, internal trade, e-commerce prefer.
