岗位职责Job Responsibilities
1、负责生产过程的改进，如提高生产效率，减少原材料报废，分析生产过程中出现的问题并提出解决方案；
Responsible for the improvement of production process , such as efficiency improvement and reduce RM scrap , analysis of production process issue and make the solutions.
2、跟踪新品的生产并完成报告；
Follow up new projects and complete report.
3、掌握乳化锅、融蜡锅等后期设备和仪器的使用和维护；
Master the use and maintenance of post equipment and instruments, such as emulsifying pot and wax melting pot.
4、客户投诉分析，混料返工分析；
Customer Complain analysis, Bulk NCR analysis.
5、遵守公司劳动纪律和EHS政策，熟悉化学品安全知识；
Comply with company labor discipline and EHS policy, familiar with chemical safety knowledge.
6、能够审核生产操作文件，独立操作设备，并为他人进行通用设备演示；
Ability to review documentation in production operations, operate equipment independently and perform general equipment demonstrations for others.
7、及时向主管报告生产中的任何问题；
Report any problem in production to supervisor in time.
8、提出改进生产运作方式和工作效率的方法；
Put forward the methods to improve production operation mode and work efficiency.
9、主管安排的其他工作； 　
Other work assigned by supervisor.　
任职要求Qualifications
1、大专及以上学历，化学、机械等相关专业；
College degree or above with major in chemistry , mechanical.
2、有称量和混料，食品和制药行业经验者优先；
Experience in weighing and mixing, food and pharmaceutical is preferred.
3、良好的分析和问题解决能力；
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
4、基本的电脑操作能力；
Basic computer skill.
5、基本的英语能力。
Basic English.
