General Responsibilities
76 Communicate with the customer in accordance to existing communication guidelines where applicable
76 Execute and fulfill the customer shipment booking on timely and professional manner according to customer requirements and expectation
76 Proactively keep the customer updated on the status of their order until final delivery
76 Proactively react to any kind of irregularity by offering professional knowledge and possible alternative solutions to the customer
76 Attentive to details on customer requirements and expectation by careful listening and proactive communication
76 Provide accurate, precise and quick answers or information to customer inquiry or concern
76 Serve the customer with integrity and embrace the company policy
76 Maintain good knowledge on DSV systems, processes, tools and organization by continuous learning and development
76 Interface with subcontractors
76 Administer proper file opening / closing / checking and preparation for closing.
76 Send shipping advice to overseas stations and other stakeholders
Detailed Responsibilities:
76 Handle customer inquiry via phone, e-mail and face to face meeting
76 Check and verify documents (perform due diligence) to ensure full compliance with DSV internal standards and customer requirements (SOP)
76 Execute the shipment booking by following the SOP and quotation
76 Inform supervisors of any irregularities or problems that require assistance and to feedback on subcontractors’ standards and services
76 Feedback pre-claim details and status to customers
76 Prepare customers’ statistics and reports upon request
76 Process and create documents including but not limited to air waybills, warehouse advise, trucking orders, invoices and other docs which requested by customersv
76 Invoicing / verification and posting of incoming invoices
76 Job costing
76 Update Track and Trace systems, send shipping advice to overseas stations
76 Take up additional tasks as assigned
