Job Title: Operation Specialist | 供应商管理专员
Job Responsibilities | 岗位职责
1. 根据公司采购计划,及时向合作供应商发出订单提醒,并确保订单信息准确无误;
Issue purchase orders to partner suppliers based on procurement plans, ensuring accuracy of order details.
2. 跟进订单发货进度,确保供应商按期交货,并及时更新交期变化,推动履约进展;
Track progress to ensure on-time delivery, manage lead time adjustments, and drive order fulfillment.
3. 与商品、采购、仓储、物流等部门保持紧密沟通,协调资源,解决履约过程中的问题;
Collaborate closely with merchandising, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve fulfillment issues.
4. 参与供应商绩效管理,监控交付率、准时率、退货率等关键指标,支持供应商优化产能与交期;
Monitor supplier performance including fulfillment rate, on-time delivery, and return rate; support capacity and delivery improvement plans.
5. 与海外团队(如采购、品控、产品开发)保持良好沟通,推动供应端信息同步与对齐;
Maintain effective communication with overseas teams (e.g. sourcing, QA, product development) to ensure alignment on supplier-side execution.
6. 协助上级推动供应链流程优化与数字化工具落地。
Support supply chain process improvement and implementation of digital management tools.
【任职要求 Requirements】
1. 大专及以上学历,国际贸易、供应链、服装相关专业优先;
College degree or above in international trade, supply chain, or apparel-related majors preferred.
2. 1 年以上订单管理或供应商管理经验,有服装行业或跨境电商经验者优先;
1+ years of experience in order or vendor management, preferably in apparel or cross-border e-commerce.
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力与问题解决能力,能高效推动多部门协作;
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
4. 有责任心,逻辑清晰,能同时管理多个供应商与订单任务;
Highly responsible and organized, capable of managing multiple vendors and tasks simultaneously.
5. 英语读写流利,能进行日常英文邮件与视频会议沟通。
Proficient in written and spoken English, able to handle daily emails and meetings with overseas teams.
