Major Responsibilities
- Execute projects under the supervision of project manager
- Perform data analysis and process analysis to identify issues and validate with client personnel our recommendations developed
- Reviewing, documenting, evaluating and testing controls in a wide range of environments and developing effective solutions
- Prepare internal audit report or project closing report for manager review
- Apply understanding of Protiviti methodologies and business processes in consulting projects
- Ensure timely completion of assigned project phases
- Develop and maintain effective client relationships
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s and above degree. Majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information System preferred.
- 1-4 years of experience in related fields (including internal control, accounting and auditing, IT audit, IT risk and control and IT assurance services). In-house experience with internal control/internal audit/compliance/risk management function is a plus.
- Professional Certification such as CIA, CPA, CISA, CISSP and etc. preferred
- Strong team player and able to effectively work with colleagues with different background and personalities
- Strong analytical skills and learning capability for new techniques
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Ability to travel through the country and region to support client needs and practice goals
