JOB PURPOSE
As an important part to be a great place to work, to support ER team deliver high quality employee relations as well as build a better employee experience journey.
KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Relations:
- Monthly ER data management, and deliver all ER related reports
- Support disciplinary actions management, sync all disciplinary actions to global system every month and follow up the implementation progress with HRBPs
- Support ER related project – Speak Up/HR internal audit/ER playbook, etc…
- Support irregular working hour application process
- Responsible for ER related communication, communication letter/wechat/H5/video, etc
- Assist in filtering data from open comments in the pulse survey
HRBP:
- Upgrade HR Development Handbook
- Upgrade HR new employee orientation (2H)
- Track HR internal/external training courses, including design, track and feedback in April/May
Other administration support, including design and deliver excel/PPT etc…
REQUIREMENTS AND CAPABILITIES
- Advanced verbal and written communication skill, cooperative ability and adopt oneself to changing circumstances
- Strong learning capability
- Clear logical organization skills, able to create a deck according to requirements.
- Familiar with office software, ppt/excel/word etc and good analysis skill
- Willing to take responsibilities and take challenge
- Familiar with design, self-media, and other digital aspects are preferred.
