Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to admissions enquiries from potential or existing parents both
online and offline in a professional manner, building connections with each
customer.
* Conduct tours of the school to potential parents in a personalised manner
while adhering to the NAE family experience journey (FEJ) best practises.
* Communicate with the head of admissions and academic team to effectively
plan each visit to ensure it is customised for each family.
* Create “magic moments” for each visitor to ensure the school makes a
lasting impression.
* Effectively conclude each visit with a “close” to encourage families to
complete an online application and enroll immediately.
* Send pre-visit reports to all applicable participants in the school tour
and ensure the tour route is pristine.
* Conduct admissions exams, review applications, and work closely with the
Head of Admissions and principal to offer places to prospective students
* Ensure a member of the school SLT participates in each admissions visit.
* Have an expert understanding of iSAMS to ensure that all records are up to
date and data is managed accurately.
* Process student applications, including obtaining all relevant documents
and building student files.
* Nurture a pipeline of clients, sharing new information with the family to
keep them moving forward in the admissions process.
* To participate in the student retention process including the registration
survey and work with the SLT to intervene with any potential switchers
* Support and participate in event organisation and implementation with
student recruitment focus such as school Open Days, Student Recruitment Fairs
etc,.
* Build links and maintaining close relationships with local businesses,
organisations, relocations agencies and developing outreach strategies to these
organisations to generate awareness about the school.
* Develop and nurture parent relationships to build advocacy and generate
referrals
* Be an advanced Salesforce user and record all customer interactions
correctly and in a timely manner.
* Follow all NAE SOPs for proper Salesforce usage and data integrity
* Undertake any other duties as requested by line manager where appropriate
Qualifications:
* Bachelor or above degree
* Admissions experience, and knowledge of iSAMS and Salesforce would be
highly advantageous
* Fluent English and Mandarin speakers
* Be proactive and a team player
