Responsibilities:
1.Develops and validates FEA and CFD models for design concept development, design validation and process troubleshooting.
2.Delivers concise and accurate simulation result by generating technical reports and present results to internal and external customers.
3.Verifies simulation results with testing. Demonstrates agreement of simulation with actual measurement.
4.Implements process improvements and coordinates trainings of new methods to NPD teams.
5.Improves the utilization efficiency of existing FEA and CFD software, explores software in new applications and tests new software.
6.Works with Design Engineers to develop, deploy and document new FEA and CFD processes and analytical techniques.
7.May perform other special projects or duties as required.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Dynamics or related field.
2.Minimum 2-3 years of relevant industry experience with 1 years of experience with CFD software, preferably within flow control industries.
3.Proficient in Microsoft Office suites and 3D modeling design package.
4.Familiar with design rules, codes and industry standards for valves, pressure vessels and mechanical components.
5.Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese are required.
