Main Duties:
？ Achieve monthly targets and objectives: At least 10 visits per week (needs to travel frequently).
？ Record visiting reports in company system.
？ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and establish and maintain strong relationships with shippers to identify opportunities for growth.
？ Promote TIBA tradelane services.
？ Work closely with Operation teams to resolve overseas offices requirements and complaints, and provide excellent service to them.
？ Prepare KPI measurement reports, shipper reports, etc.
？ Data/market analysis.
？ Other tasks assigned by the Company or supervisor.

？ 制作业绩报表、船东报表等。
？ 数据/市场分析。
？ 公司或上级交代的其他工作事项。
Requirements:
？ 1 year of working experience in International Forwarding/Logistics industry. Can also accept fresh graduate with potential.
？ Have good relationship/resources with shippers.
？ Good English skills, both spoken and written. Spanish level will be a plus.
？ Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
？ Proactive attitude.
？ Willing to work under pressure independently and have good teamwork.
