岗位职责:
1. 负责业务沟通、洽谈及订单管理,确保根据客户期望及时、准确地交付;
2. 通过邮件、电话、社交媒体、展会及面对面拜访等多种渠道与目标客户建立联系,收集市场信息,提供解决方案,推动销售达成;
3. 根据年度计划识别并开发重点市场及战略客户,维护现有及潜在客户关系,建立长期合作伙伴关系,实现销售目标;
4. 向销售总监汇报工作。
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历;
2. 英语流利,具有扎实的销售经验,掌握其他语言者优先;
3. 具备出色的人际沟通能力和谈判技巧,能适应海外短期出差。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee business communication, negotiation, and order management, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery based on customer expectations.
2. Connect with target clients through multiple channels including email, phone, social media, exhibitions, and in-person visits to gather market intelligence, present solutions, and drive sales
3. Identify and develop key markets and strategic accounts according to the annual plan; nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients to build long-term partnerships and meet sales objectives.
4. Report to sales director
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Proficiency in English with solid sales experience. Any other language is a plus.
3. Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities, with readiness to travel for short business trips overseas.
