Main Responsibility:
- Deeply understand the business, analyze business requirements and framework, demand and pain points, cooperate with relevant teams and promote business development;
- Drive seller acquisition target through conducting presentations and showcasing the benefits of joining the Walmart marketplace during campaigns and activities.
- Support sellers to go launch while balancing their experience and business needs by using communication tools for bulk management of sellers (including seller maintenance and Q&A).
- Use scalable way to drive seller business and do analysis to understand sales trends, drivers and develop recommendations on how to grow the business;
- Committed to optimizing processes and management, while integrating and analyzing existing data and documents
- Collect “Voice of Seller” to improve the process and develop FAQ and user guide for sellers;
- Work closely with stakeholders to smooth sellers’ end to end onboarding experience
Requirement:
- 1-3 years successful track records of BD/inbound management/SSR management experience in cross border E-commerce industry;
- Proven track record in taking end-to-end ownership and driving results;
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment and work with cross functional teams;
- Careful and composed, willing to delve into case studies. Experience in project management is preferred
- Proficiency in oral and written English;
- Bachelor degree or above.
