【岗位职责】
1、负责跟进上级安排的销售业务工作,制作订单,协助客户订单进出货事宜。配合业务团队,跟进订单处理、产品报价、合同制作等。
2、执行内部跟单流程,跟进订单生产、交期、发货等环节,执行协调反馈、异常处理
3、跟进售后服务,处理客户投诉及退款等问题,
4、负责各类表格、文件的制作、收集、汇总、反馈、跟踪,协助业务团队做好跨部门协作与沟通,
5、协助业务团队做好日常业务系统的审核、维护、管理工作。
6、完成领导交付的其他工作。

【岗位要求】
1、大专以上学历,具备良好的英语读写能力,口语流利,书写熟练,可作为工作语言;熟练运用各种办公软件。

[Job Requirements]
1. College degree or above, with good English reading and writing skills, fluent in spoken and written English, proficient in writing, and can be used as a working language; Proficient in using various office software.
2. More than one year of experience in business follow-up or business assistant, intelligent and quick to respond.
