Responsibilities 职责
Responsible for providing back-office support to the Market Segment including answering telephone, email and fax enquiries, issuing quotations and preparing documentation;
向市场营销团队提供多方面的后台支持，包括接听电话，收发邮件及传真，发送报价单及整理相关文件；
Responsible for internal coordination of projects delivered to customers with objective of ensuring customer satisfaction;
负责交付项目的内部协调，确保客户满意;
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the customer base with a view of ensuring customer satisfaction and retention。
负责与客户发展及保持良好关系。
任职资格
Familiarity with related working and best practices.熟悉相关工作。
College or Degree holder大专或本科学历
Good in Mandarin and English.良好的普通话及英语表达
Basic technical knowledge of TIC industry and good understanding of service portfolio
具有TIC 行业的基本技术知识和对服务有很好的理解
Pleasant personality and good communication skills;积极开朗，善于沟通；
Detail-oriented with strong sense of quality.注重质量和细节；
