Provide leadership in the Xylem China to drive the revenue and operating income for treatment project. This role shall perform project management responsibilities which include building customer relationship, putting up a professional execution of the contract until complete commissioning. He/she shall develop short and long term business strategy, processes, systems and structure for future development and ensure a smooth execution of these strategies to meet or exceed annual budgets and Xylem China business objectives.

- Project management responsibilities including coordination of bidding/design, procurement, and construction and commissioning activities
- Develops a complete understanding of the contract and any relevant subcontracts in order to provide full support to the project management team
- Utilize project management tools to ensure the large projects are executed efficiently and effectively and provide monthly project updates (include profit and loss) and mitigates any risk where necessary.
- Support Application and RD&E team in technical design & engineering of product or system
- Project installation, commissioning and start-up
- Support Total care business
- To perform the technical support and troubleshoot at Customer site
- Handle NCR process for products
- Product & system training for internal and external staff
- To assist the Project Field Manager in resolving any conflicts in repair and follow up with customers, and maintain and up-date the list of customers and their contact persons.

82 College degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
82 Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in project or aftermarket business.
82 Can speak English (CET 4) and must be skillful in MS office
