In this role, you will:
1. Responds to internal and/or external client requests utilizing acquired knowledge and established processes and guidelines.
2. May mentor other team members
3. Requires expertise in specialized area or function derived from on the job experience, training or educational background
4. Filing of Raw data
5. Comply with the policy of reporting.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Abundant knowledge on banking operations
- Knowledge on compliance/regulations
- Problem solving skill
- Skill to encourage team morale so as to cope with the high business volume within tight time pressure
- English both in oral and writing
- Communication skill
- Supervising and working with a large team of different experience levels
- Handle multiple/complex customer instruction within limited time-frame
- Motivating subordinates to achieve high service standard and prodcutivity
- Working under pressure with limited resources.
- Certificate of fund qualification exam
