Job Duties:
1. Customer Quality case fan-out and improvement;
2. Works and communicates with customer to gathering all informations necessary to effectively work on and resolve any customer feedbacks;
3. Provides customer complaints related reports needed including 8D report for internal discussion and company performance tracking on customer issues;
4. Customer quality case action implement audit;
Job Qualification:
1. Have one year relaive customer quality engineer work experience;
2.Good interpersonal skill. A persuasive, proactive, dynamic leader and team player;
3. Have highly analytic and technical skill;
4. Willing to work at most any task anytime.
