Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Develop solutions to fleet problems
2. Develop on site Repair & Overhaul of defect parts
3. Act as primary on site technical contact person with customer
4. Attend technical & operational review meetings with customer
5. Record & develop trend analysis on returned materials
6. Audit customers maintenance processes
7. On site visits to investigate equipment non-compliance
8. Create clear and well-structured reports
9. Inform internal customers for onstie issue and involved in issue solving. 10.Provide internal and external training
10. Support to achieve team's sales target.
11. Other tasks assigned by manager
Requirements:
1. College or above.
2. More than 5 years experience.
3. Major in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical or related.
4. Railway industry experience is better.
