Your role:
1) Accountable for revenue growth for key accounts of specialty accounts in China. Accountable for achieving general top line goal, as well.
2) Accountable for developing and executing geographic strategies aligned with BU in China that determine which product lines we will offer or not, which products are most strongly emphasized, value proposition, etc.
3) The position will manage all SELL activities at specialty/foundries customers in China including prospect prioritization, product allocation, segmentation, margin enhancement, price enhancement, process improvement, etc.
4) As one of KAMs (key account managers) in China, the position will provide cross-functional leadership at the country level. This leadership is directed toward ensuring smooth working relationships, fast conflict resolution, speedy decision making, among other benefits.
5) The position is accountable for building and maintaining customer relationships at the working level at specialty accounts/foundries, etc.
Who you are:
1) The job incumbent is expected to have > 3 years of working experience in key areas of sales, product management, finance, supply chain, or operations in semiconductor industry.
2) Business experience in Electronics materials or semiconductor fabrication area is essential
3) Write or update SFDC report in time after each customer visit. Submit monthly report and monthly highlight/lowlight at the end of each month. Summarize the sales every quarter, and forecast and analyze the sales of the whole year.
4) It is important that the candidate have cross-functional business experience to provide credible and balanced leadership to the cross-functional team.
5) The incumbent should have a lengthy and proven track record of growing business and building external relationship, such as with customers.
6) Bachelor degree (BS) in engineering or physical/chemical science is required for the position.
7) Strong English language skills for effective communication across countries.
8) Flexible to participate on conference calls across time zones.
9) Ability to travel up to 50% of the time domestically.
10) Experience with statistics/data analysis is a plus.
