Functional Responsibility
1. Book with airline or agent according to client’s expectations;
根据客户需求,向航空公司或同行订舱;
2. Keep in touch with client, chasing cargo arrival time and documents collected;
与客户保持联系,跟进货到时间和收集所需的文件;
3. Issue and print HAWB and trigger EDI and submit manifest timely and accurately;
按要求出具打印分单,及时准确发送EDI和提交舱单;
4. Trigger EDI and submit manifest timely and accurately;

5. Track and trace shipments where necessary, i.e. critical orders, delayed orders etc. and communicate progress internally and to customers;
必要时追踪货物,保持内部和客户的及时沟通;
6. Coordinate with shipper and broker, follow up the customs clearance process done;
协调发货人和报关行,解决报关问题;
7. Input cargo list and issue invoice to local clients in time;
及时完成台帐和开票;
8. Send pre-alert and issue invoice to oversea office in time;
及时发送预报和发票给海外;
9. Following SOP strictly, finding and settling issues in time;
严格根据SOP作业,及时发现处理问题;
10. Tracking of flight departures and updates to customers at home and abroad;
及时跟踪航班起飞情况,更新给海内外客户;
11. Communicate, coordinate and handle unusual problems;
异常问题的沟通、协调和处理;
12. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor or department manager.
经理安排的其他任务。
Personal Capabilities & Education
1. No experience is accepted, 1 years of airline background will be a plus;
接受无经验,有一年航空公司从业经验优先;
2. Being able to communicate with local agent and client with easy going personality;
具亲和力,能够与国内代理及本土客户流畅沟通;
3. Being familiar with MS software, being a positive learner;
熟悉办公自动化软件,乐于学习;
4. Being able to work under high pressure with carefulness and responsibility;
能够承受一定的工作强度,工作细致负责;
5. College degree or above;
大专以上学历。
6. Familiar with office software, good listening and speaking ability.
熟悉office办公软件;有良好的英语听说写能力。
