M Moser Associates is expanding the global workplace strategy team in China. With a fast transforming portfolio of workplace (campus/headquarters) across all sectors in the region, we are looking for talented, motivated and energetic workplace strategists to join us.
Workplace Strategists in M Moser are the conduit between business and design, you will engage with leaders of global leading organisations to discuss business drivers and work cohesively with designers and technologists to translate business goals into integrated design solutions.
Your will be working on medium to large scale workplace projects in the development of a workplace design brief plus ongoing engagement and co-creation with the client team. You will be conducting interviews, workshops and quantitative studies to understand client business, culture and workspace. And then translating these findings into integrated design solutions as part of a multi-disciplinary project team within M Moser. Your role may include brief development, space planning, staff engagement and project co-ordination.
Particular skills required to fulfil this position include:
1. Business acumen and ability to understand key issues and drivers for business decisions
2. Excellent communication skills with C-suite people and senior business people, for project pitching and running workshops, and with people from all levels of an organisation for any co-ordination and engagement events
3. Excellent research skills, open-minded on exploring latest workplace strategy thinking and techniques
4. Excellent analytic skills in both quantitative and qualitative data, able to think strategically and creatively, to come up with outside the square yet feasible solutions and inspiring insights
5. Leadership & Co-ordination skills with an understanding of project parameters
6. Proactive in constant engagement with clients and experienced in knowledge and ideas exchange and collaboration with internal design and multi-disciplinary teams
7. Self-driven individual, comfortable to navigate around uncertainties and set up structure
8. Passionate in working with a group of curious souls to thrive for better workplace experience for our clients
9. Language (written and verbal) proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with Cantonese as a plus.
