岗位职责:
Objectives of the Position
Manage all materials flow in/out of all warehouse inside PE battery limit and additives flow from central warehouse to PE as well as the operation in ERP system
Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities
85 Learn and obtain BASF TDS certificate
85 Catalyst warehouses management
83 Catalysts Storage level management (safe stock and meet production demand) by cooperation with CP supply chain
83 Empty catalyst cylinders management to make sure all empty cylinders back to the vendors in time.
83 Empty catslyst cylinders loading to the trucks
83 Catalyst cylinder unloading from incoming trucks to warehouses
83 Catalyst cylinders ship out to cylinder rolling room
83 Warehouses daily inspection (leakage, FA/FF, cooling temperature, cylinders location moving for first-in-first-out)
83 Warehouse maintenance coordination
85 Non hazardous material temporary storage management
83 Waste pellet / polymer blocks collection from extruding area to non-hazardous temporary storage by forklift
83 Waste powder collection from reactor/PPB area/dust filters in blending silo area and bagging silo area to non-hazardous temporary storage by forklift
83 Empty bags / waste pallet collection from extruding area
83 Issue the selling/handling request in the system for waste materials
83 Load the materials on the trucks for shipping out
85 TEAL cylinder/container management
83 Unloading the full cylinder/container from the truck and load the empty one on the truck under the arrangement by shift supervisor.
83 Report the status of the loading/unloading activities
85 Additives management in ERP system
Goods movement verification in the system
85 Coordination on waste management and handling generated inside PE (hazardous/non-hazardous/domestic wastes)
83 Support on waste pick up by TERU
83 Coordinate with pick up request issuing and make sure with right labelling and weight
83 Daily inspection (leakage, drum full and so on)
83 Waste flow management
85 Report and reporting (monthly/weekly)
85 Other tasks assigned by his supervisor
任职要求:
Education : College degree or above.
Working Experience: 2 years or above working experience in warehouse management. Forklift driver license and ERP operation experience are preferred.
Technical & Professional Knowledge: Technical & Professional Knowledge Basic English, warehouse management, chemical classification and handling, TDS safety
