Overview
Calix cloud and software platforms enable communications service providers (CSPs) of all sizes to transform their business. Our CSP customers are empowered to utilize real-time data and insights from Calix platforms to simplify their businesses and deliver experiences that excite their subscribers. This enables CSPs to grow their businesses through increased subscriber acquisition, loyalty and revenue, thereby increasing the value of their businesses and contributions to their communities.
This role will be working in our Network element management system team, the candidate will focus on our diagnosis toolkits development, to learn the typical technologies of data analyzing, system monitoring, visualizing etc. Work with team to deliver useful features of diagnosis on network devices and management systems.
Responsibilities
61Learn and understand access network elements and systems in telecom industry.
61Set up diagnosis toolkits dev environment by guidance.
61Develop new features and conduct unit/functional test.
61Troubleshoot, fix defects, and provide support for issues arising from testers.

Basic Qualification
61Graduate in 2025 or 2026, bachelor's or master’s degree
61Major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related areas
61Available for 3-5 days per week, lasting for at least 3 months, 6 months is preferred
61Active learning and sense of responsibility.
61Strong verbal and written communication skills.
61Experience with Linux Software Development.
61Understanding of basic TCP / IP knowledge.
61Good Java Coding skills, familiar with common Java development frameworks.
61NodeJS, Python script, Database knowledges are all a plus.
