岗位职责:
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Guangdong Verbund site project would be BASF’s largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. The site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.
Main Tasks
61 Develop and maintain EOEG/MG analysis/quality procedure, manual and plan
61 Responsible for EOEG/MG analysis/quality coordination
61 Lab sampling management (storage, registration, reporting)
61 Ensure the lab compliance with safety operation and 5S requirement
61 Monitor the chemical reagents consumption in safe and reasonable storage range
61 Lab equipment testing & calibration if need
61 Support to establishing yearly/quarter/monthly test plan
61 Summarize lab test items & equipment list
61 Personnel training & management
61 Assist superior on QA&QC documents yearly review
61 Support ISO audit from third part.
61 Support to establish new test methods or new projects in QC lab
61 Support on method validation when new a test method is established
61 Study and upgrade the test method and equipment automation/digitalization
61 Continuous improvements on QC working efficiency
Internal
61 Responsible for checking new customer requirement & providing history data
61 Provide data analysis for testing frequency review
61 Attend customer visits and audits, experience exchange with customers on testing
61 Provide support for QM in products complaints investigation & corrective actions
61 Ensure regular analysis products trends and provide statistic results for management review

Requirements
Education Background:
61 Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical industry or related
Working Experience:
61 Experience and familiar with typical QC lab equipment.
61 Operation experience in chemical plant is preferred.
61 Good command on reading English, good communication skills in mandarin.
61 Good computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
61 Quick learner.
