Core Responsibilities:
Import and Export Procedure Implementation
Application and maintenance of import and export qualifications for Ingredion entities.
Be familiar with new trade models and import and export plans to be implemented under the company's various legal entities.
Conduct compliance studies for different trade models and able to generate standardized operating procedures.
Identify and understand key risk control points in each process and track them to effective execution.
Design optimal international logistics solutions based on different business scenarios.
Trade Compliance Management
Can adapt to the routine training of the global trade compliance organization and the implementation of relevant compliance regulations in China. Ensure that all import and export operations comply with the latest policies of China Customs and CIQ. Effectively dock on customs and CIQ and other regulatory authorities for import and export business audits and various required corporate reports. Regular self-inspection of import and export declaration.
Logistics Supplier Management and Customer Complaints
Able to generate measurable logistics service KPI of suppliers. Be able to grasp the trend of international shipping prices and maintain friendly cooperative relations with forwarders. Arrange regular training in line with company implementation requirements both internal and external. Collaborative procurement for supplier bidding and contract execution. Track delivery quality and effectively investigate customer complaints. Quick identify root cause and confirm improvement plan.
Operation of Special Customs Affairs
Able to do data consolidation and do Customs clearance of such as Royalties declaration, bonded manual declaration or other required data processing, can monthly do functional reports as well.
Team management and leadership
Can help and motivate the growth of the team. Actively deliver work objectives in line with the company’s core values.
Qualified candidates will have:
Mandatory requirements:
Bachelor or above in logistics, international trade or related.
Good English in both oral and written.
At least 5 years or above working experience in import and export operations.
Familiar with international trading knowledge related food and food additive.
Related experience of processing with ERP, knowledge of SAP is preferred.
At least 5 years of leadership experience
