Your responsibilities
负责基金投资组合交易的日常处理，包括现金管理，现金头寸的对账，以及准备资产净值
Responsible for daily processing of transactions for investment funds portfolio, including cash management, reconciliation on cash position and preparation of Net Asset Value (NAV).
准备投资者KYC所需文件，更新系统
Prepare investor KYC pack and update the system.
执行 FATCA/CRS 标记和文件审查，并进行验证和合理性检查
Perform FATCA/CRS Indicia and documentation review and carry out the validation and reasonableness check.
协助准备FATCA/AEOI文件并在监管截止日期前安排相应的报告
Assist to prepare FATCA/AEOI files and arrange respective reporting before regulatory deadline.
解决基金经理、投资者、审计师和其他合同方或监管机构对基金的所有请求和询问
Address all requests and queries from fund managers, investors, auditors and other contractual parties or regulatory bodies for the funds.
与银行沟通,处理账户的相关事宜以及任何支付相关事项
Liaise with banks for bank account maintenance and any payment related matter.
参与领导交付的其他工作
Participates in ad hoc projects assigned by your supervisor.

Collaborates with other teams to understand client needs and provide solutions
职位要求：
Your profile
具有工商管理、会计、金融或相关专业学位
Degree holder in Business Administration, accounting, finance or related discipline.
最低1年客户加盟、投资者服务和/或会计相关工作经验
Minimum 1 years of experience in client onboarding, investor services, and/or accounting.
熟练使用常用办公软件，特别是WORD, EXCEL, PPT
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially WORD, EXCEL, PPT.
优秀的中英文书面与口头沟通能力
Excellent English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills.
独立、能同时兼顾多个工作的能力、积极主动、注重细节、有上进心
Independent, multi-tasking, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated.
