KEY ROLE:
1. 新产品开发和导入。New products development and introduction.
2. 良率提升，不良品分析。Yield improvement, defects analysis.
3. 生产流程优化。Production process improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. 负责新产品设计、开发和导入工作，对接英国研发部门或分包商转移的技术文件（包括 BOM，图纸和测试技术要求），跟踪新产品试产并解决试产发现的问题,专注于电子相关的过程及质量问题的解决。执行法规提交和批准所需的验证和确认活动。支持生产中的技术电子问题。支持市场收益分析。
Be responsible for the design, development and introduction of new products.
Transfer the technical documents from the UK R&D department or sub contract manufacturers (including BOM, drawings and technical specification).
Trial run new products and solve the problems found in engineering build, focus on electronics related process and quality problem solving.
Carry out verification and validation activities needed for regulatory submissions and approvals.
Support technical electronic issues in production.
Support analysis of returns from market.
2. 与英国工程师团队合作生产测试改善，从软件及硬件方面做技术支持。日常调试生产线使用的操作软件。
Work with UK engineering team on production tester development, technical support and maintenance from hardware and software.
3. 支持CyDen中国工厂和供应商的新材料开发过程。
Support new material development in Cyden China factory and our suppliers in China.
5. 参与持续改善活动，降本增效。
Participate in continuous improvement activities to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
6. 领导安排的其他相关事项；
Other related matters assigned by Supr.;
REQUIREMENTS：
1. 本科以上学历，电子工程专业。
Bachelor degree and above, majored in Electronics engineering。
2. 英语可以作为工作语言。
English can be used as working language.
3. 良好的沟通技巧和结果导向。
Good communication skills and result oriented.
4. 对PCBA及相关电子元件有丰富的经验。
strong experiences on PCBA and related electronics components.
