主要职责 Main responsibilities
了解本公司产品的结构特点，掌握两个工位的三级；Comprehend the product structural characteristics and maintain Magic Square level 3 in 2 workstations.
必须经过岗前培训，对岗位的安全性和质量性有全面的认识，尤其是涉及安全、法规的工作岗位。Must pass the work training and master the post security and quality completely, especially the work post concerning the safety and regulations;
熟悉作业指导书和各质量控制点，并会使用质量自控检测工具；Know well the work instruction with all quality reference points ,and can use the self-control and testing machine;
能够熟练使用各种生产操作工具；Can use all tools of production skillfully;
通过岗位培训考核，达到公司多岗位标准要求，方可单独上岗进行生产操作；Achieve the firm’s skill requirements through a post training assess before work independently
通过对岗位的熟练后，要能对质量、安全、生产和绩效提出合理化建议；Can propose a rationalization suggestion for the quality 、the security and the efficiency when master the work skills well;
每班上岗前要对设备、工具进行检查；Check-up and equipments and tools before the work every shift ;
每做完一个单元动作要进行质量自检 Self-check when accomplish each unit operation;
出现各种异常问题及时按照处理流程做出相应反应 React to any exceptional problem.
单件成品完成后要做完检 100% inspection for a finished product;
每班下班前对设备进行保养、加油对水电气进行检查是否有漏关、异常并做好现场的5S Maintain the equipment before the end of the shift. Check the water supply, power supply and gas system whether there is an obvious or unwonted circs and do well the “5s” on worksite.
积极参与GAP小组的各项管理活动，并服从和负责于所分配的角色和任务 Involve all GAP activity as a protagonist and devote role
质量职责quality responsibilities
操作严格按照标准作业指导书进行工作； Operate austerely in the lead of SW;
执行现场的5sActing “5s” on worksite;
满足现场QSE要求，积极参与QSE改进 Be competent for QSE requirement, involve QSE improvement
遇到问题按照反映规则及时做出反应及参与QRCI活动 Make reaction depend on the rule of reaction and QRCI
健康、安全和环境，工作条件Health, Safety and Environment and working conditions
确保完全遵守HSE规章制度Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
任职资格：
丰富的生产领域工作经验;
良好的沟通和问题解决能力
符合集团《道德规范》、《管理规范》以及行为准则的相关要求。
