Duties and responsibilities职责和责任
61 Be responsible to promote technical advantage and proposal to customer for CAM Units, WPM, and Electrical Thread Tapping Units;
负责向客户推广斜楔，WPM系统及模内攻牙设备的技术优势及技术方案；
61 Be responsible to make marketing research and analysis of these products;
负责以上产品的市场调研；
61 Actively study and be familiar with company products, to positively answer the technical request from customer;
主动学习和掌握公司产品的技术知识，积极响应客户的技术需求；
61 Gathering project information for achieving new projects;
为获取新项目搜集信息；
61 Timely visit customers, be responsible to create and update customer file in U8, such as contact information, update customer invoice title before open invoice, staff organization, and so on;
定期拜访客户，负责在U8系统中创建和更新客户档案，例如联系信息，***前确认客户开票信息，客户组织架构等；
61 Through prepare quotation, order confirmation or contract, goods arrangement to keep business proceed transparency and traceability;
通过准备报价，订单或合同确认，发货安排等保持业务进行的透明性和可追溯性；
61 Cooperating with other department to handle customer complaints;
与其他部门配合协调处理好客户投诉；
61 Be responsible to write visit report after visiting customers;
负责撰写客户拜访报告；
61 Support marketing activities and other tasks related to standard parts business; 市场活动支持，其他与标准件业务相关的工作任务；
61 Collect and document competitive intelligence, be assist to sales manager for marketing request, such as catalogues, build and pull off exhibition booth, marketing material creation, etc.;
搜集和记录竞争情报，协助销售经理准备市场推广所需，例如样册，搭建和拆卸展台，市场资源创建等；
61 Be responsible to implement all the strategic plan from direct manager and from the company; 负责执行直属领导和公司的营销计划；
61 Consulting customers on how to improve tool design using FIBRO products; 与客户沟通如何使用 FIBRO 产品以改进模具设计
61 Develop new or adjust existing products to Chinese market
针对中国市场开发新产品或调整现有产品
61 Tooling project analysis for sales team 销售团队模具项目分析
61 Analysis of competitiveness of our products in Chinese market 我们产品在中国市场的竞争力分析
61 Benefit analysis for die shops and OEM by using our products 模具厂及主机厂使用我司产品的效益分析
61 Other task assigned by leader. 直属领导安排的其他工作。
Qualifications资质
61 Graduate from mould or mechanic industry 毕业于模具或机械行业相关专业
61 Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in tooling industry 良好的技术背景具有模具行业的理解和/或操作经验
61 Excellent Mandarin and English written and verbal communication skills
普通话精通，娴熟的英文写作和沟通能力
61 Excellent presentation and presentation creation skills 精通报告和报告创建
61 Proven ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives 与高层管理人员建立强有力的，长期关系的能力
61 Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner 具有运用通俗易懂的方式创造性的解释和呈现复杂概念的能力
