Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for fixture, jig, spreader design, tracking the manufacturing schedule and technical guidance
2. Responsible for manufacturing technology and quality problems in the process of analysis and put forward solutions
3. Organize and coordinate timely and accurate implementation of ECN / Permit and all technical document, also including PLM/SAP technical input
4. Evaluates the requirements for product commercialization and create production concept
5. Creates documentation of the production equipment and submit production equipment specification to possible suppliers for RFQ
6. Manage the new production introduction ensuring cost, schedule, budget and performance requirements are met
7. Ramp-up of the production equipment to full volume series production
8. Optimize line layout, implement lean production, optimize material replenishment flow
9. Ensure process provides a high level of safety and ergonomic compliance
10. Review all issues of production process to generate the direction or solution
11. To work together with cross functions to do troubleshooting with quality tools like fish bone, 5 why etc.
12. Set up the product standard time and optimization, capacity analysis
13. Share lessons &learned with other plants, including technical information, components drawings and specification
14. Continually improve the assembly quality and efficiency by optimizing the assembly process
15. Achieve the three major targets of the engineering department: WCR (work content reduction), LE improvement and MU (material savings)
16. Support the plant to achieve key operational targets by implementing improvements
Requirements：
1. Min 5 years work experience in Automative industry
2. Experience in automatic/ manual assembly process
3. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
4. Prefer to know the PCBA process and soldering process
5. Familiar with ISO14001, IATF 16949:2016, VDA and other quality systems.
6. Bachelor or above in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
7. Skilled in AutoCAD, CREO etc. drawing software
